ABOUT Insights Psychology DMCC

Insights Psychology is specialist and licensed psychology center based in Dubai UAE. Insights is proud to be a neurodiversity affirming clinic, meaning that we love meeting neurodivergent clients and we celebrate differences in brain and thinking styles. Psychologists, Counsellors, Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists provide assessments and therapy for people of all ages.

Assessments
We have a specialist multidisciplinary assessment team for children that are 5 years and younger that conduct developmental assessments and autism assessments.

Our largest team is a specialist neurodevelopmental assessment team for school going children (aged 5-17) that can assess for a range of neurodevelopmental differences including but not limited to Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalulia, Dyspraxia (DCD), Intellectual Ability, and Language Disorders.

We also have a smaller dedicated adult assessment team that work with adults to explore such diagnosis as Autism and ADHD through a supportive and therapeutic lens.

Counselling and Therapy
Clients seek our therapeutic services for mental health needs, to support their own understanding of their neurodiversity, and/or to build their own skill set to support their daily functioning. Therapies are available in individual sessions, joint sessions, education sessions, support groups and in the form of training for parents, teachers, colleagues, friends and the community.

Our Counsellors and Psychologists work with children, adults, couples and families using a range of evidenced based therapeutic approaches. Approaches are indvidualised for the client and may include: A person centered approach, CBT, DBT, Gottman approaches for couples, family therapy and trauma informed therapy.

Clients may also seek support from our Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapy in the form of individual consultation, individual therapeutic sessions, sensory diets, executive function training and language support training.
