As Reem explains ED’s are widely misunderstood and it’s not just about “wanting to be thin.” In addition she explains 1 in almost 3 individuals with ED have experienced sexual abuse in childhood.
Reem talks about the importance of cultivating a healthy relationship with our bodies as well as food. Reem reminds us that our bodies are constantly changing and how our bodies are going to be there for us in some situations but also betray us at times.
