- Traumatic Stress Service, London, UK. A tertiary care service for people with complex and treatment-resistant PTSD. Clinical Psychologist.
- Equator Foundation, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. An NGO providing trauma treatment to victims of human rights violations (such as former child soldiers, victims of war and torture, and women who had been trafficked and forced into prostitution. I also had a research role here, overseeing an E.U. project that developed best-practice guidelines for victims of human rights violations across Europe.
- ICTY (International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia), The Hague, The Netherlands. Treating trauma and vicarious trauma in ICTY staff and field staff.
