I am a UK trained Clinical Psychologist, with a background in the NHS, private practice and NGOs. I work with adults with all sorts of mental health challenges. I’m a big fan of EMDR and I specialise in EMDR, trauma, PTSD, perinatal mental health and birth trauma. I am the Clinical Director of Vivamus, a specialist Psychology and Counselling service based in Dubai Healthcare City, providing psychological services face-to-face and online. I offer professional supervision and am a member of the British Psychological Society’s Register of Applied Practice Supervisors (RAPPS).
