I am a Clinical Psychologist, trained in the UK and shaped by 12 years of practice in the GCC. I predominantly work with individuals aged 16 and above but also work with families with young children. I have special interest in pre and post-natal concerns and infant mental health but work with other presentations too. My therapeutic approach is shaped to meet the needs of each individual client. I am trained in a number of therapeutic modalities including schema therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and EMDR which form the backbones of my practice.
