Pascale E. Nakhle is a DHA Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 10+ years of experience in mental health and the founder and owner of PEN Consultancy for Telehealth services (DHA-Licensed Telehealth Facility). She’s been practicing in the mental health field since 2012 after earning both her BA and MA degrees at the American University of Beirut and certified by Harvard Medical School in Trauma and Recovery. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders, Personality Disorders, Trauma, Grief and Relationship Problems. She is a strong advocate for evidence-based treatment and uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy and interpersonal therapy. Before moving to the UAE, Mrs. Nakhle spent years involved in clinical work at American University of Beirut Medical Center, community outreach programs, and training. She dedicated 8 years to teaching Psychology at the American University of Beirut. During her years at AUBMC as clinical psychologist and program coordinator, she took part in co-founding an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for patients struggling with addiction and co-morbid disorders. In 2022, Mrs. Nakhle set up a DHA-Licensed Telehealth facility for psychological services, PEN Consultancy. The facility is headquartered in Dubai and provides psychological services to patients all over the world. Mrs. Nakhle believes that tele-health is a valuable tool that can help people access the care they need, regardless of their location. She is currently enrolled in the Certificate Program for Global Management at INSEAD Business School. Combining her expertise in psychology particularly in scaling the tele-health company, with her experience and knowledge in Entrepreneurship, Mrs. Nakhle possesses a unique blend of knowledge and experience to navigate the challenges of building innovative ventures in the healthcare industry.
