Pascale E. Nakhle is a seasoned Clinical Psychologist licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), with over a decade of experience in mental health. As the founder of PEN Consultancy, a DHA-licensed Telehealth facility, she offers global psychological services. Her academic journey began at the American University of Beirut, where she obtained her BA and MA in Clinical Psychology, she is UK and US trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Interpersonal Therapy, Addiction and Trauma at gold standard institutions. She is certified in Trauma and Recovery from Harvard Medical School. Mrs. Nakhle specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness including anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, grief, loss, post-traumatic stress, and relationship issues. She employs a range of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, schema and interpersonal therapy in her clinical practice. Prior to her move to the UAE, Mrs. Nakhle contributed extensively to clinical work, community outreach, research, training and teaching at the American University of Beirut Medical Center, where she also co-founded an Intensive Outpatient Program for addiction and co-morbid disorders. In UAE, she has leveraged her expertise to champion mental health, establishing a significant social media and television presence to advocate for accessible psychological care.
While in UAE, Mrs. Nakhle launched PEN Consultancy to expand her mission of providing accessible care, emphasizing telehealth's role in overcoming geographical barriers to treatment. Her entrepreneurial spirit is underscored by her current enrollment at INSEAD for executive education to further enhance her entrepreneurship expertise in leading and innovating the healthcare sector.
