About Me/Bio
I am a licensed psychologist. I hold a Master’s Degree in Mental Health and Psychological Practice from the University of Edinburgh Scotland. This aided in broadening my perspective on understanding the individuality of human development through the Biopsychosocial model as it highlights the various factors which play a role in shaping one’s adulthood. This approach provides a holistic perspective for dissecting and grasping where the symptoms arise from and the ways in which they manifest. Each treatment is tailored towards the individual’s needs and presentations. I have experience in various settings, which has led to an underlying value of providing a safe space through open and honest communication. I follow an integrative approach providing bespoke treatments towards individuals’ needs and cultural backgrounds which results in a collaborative process. Once an alliance is established, I work alongside my clients to develop a dynamic treatment plan to support their recovery.
