ABOUT ME/BIO

I’m a U.S.-trained Clinical Psychologist who works with children, teens, young adults, and parents navigating anxiety, stress, big emotions, school challenges, and life transitions. I completed my training at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the National Institutes of Health, where I specialized in evidence-based treatment for anxiety, mood disorders, and behavioral challenges. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and empowering. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parent coaching, and skills-based interventions tailored to each child and family. As a mom of three, I understand how overwhelming parenting can feel — especially when your child is struggling. My goal is to help families feel calmer, more confident, and more connected.

HOW I CAN HELP YOU
I help children, teens, and young adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, big emotions, school stress, attention difficulties, or life transitions. I also support parents who feel stuck, unsure how to respond, or exhausted from daily power struggles.
Together, we work on practical skills — managing worry, calming panic, improving focus, strengthening emotional regulation, and building confidence. With parents, I provide clear, research-based strategies that create calmer homes and stronger relationships.
Whether your child is struggling with anxiety, ADHD symptoms, mood changes, school refusal, or social challenges — we create a structured, supportive plan tailored specifically to your family.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. I will walk alongside you.
WHY I AM SPECIALIZED IN THIS FIELD
I am a U.S.-trained Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychologist with advanced training at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and a fellowship at the National Institutes of Health.
My training focused on evidence-based treatments for anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral challenges, and health-related stress in children and teens. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral parent training, and structured assessment for attention and learning concerns.
As the Founder of CAYA World Clinic in Dubai and CAYA Care in the U.S., I bring international clinical experience while remaining culturally sensitive to families living in the UAE.
I also bring something equally important: real-life experience as a mother of three. I understand both the science and the reality of parenting.

• “Anxiety is loud, but it’s also treatable.”
