About Me/Bio
Noor’s journey towards light is woven from the threads of resilience and inner strength. It began with a personal transformation. Growing up amid the turmoil of war zones, experiencing displacement, and battling autoimmune illness, she learned the power of the human spirit to rise above adversity. In 2015, her experience with experiential learning ignited a profound realization of its powerful tools and structure to unlock human potential. This mirrored her own healing journey, where confronting deep fears in a safe space led to profound healing and a sense of belonging within humanity. Inspired by this transformative experience, Noor embarked on a path of service as a licensed Iraqi Trauma Specialist and Psychotherapist. With a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology and over nine years of experience, she specializes in body-oriented therapies, offering a compassionate hand to individuals, couples, and groups grappling with PTSD, anxiety, addiction, and depression. Dedicated to empowering individuals and communities, Noor loves staffing primal in the spirit of dedication that extends to educating and raising awareness about mental and physical well-being, ultimately contributing to the advancement of individual well-being on a global scale.
