ABOUT ME/BIO

My name is Nadiia Chumachenko, and I am a CDA-licensed Psychologist practicing in Dubai. I work with children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families who are going through emotional, behavioral, or relationship difficulties. Over the years, I have supported clients from multiple continents and cultural backgrounds, and I bring a warm, patient, and open-minded approach to every session.
When you work with me, you can expect a safe, supportive environment where you will be heard without judgment. I believe that real change is possible when you understand your emotions, learn how to regulate them, and receive consistent psychological support. The decision to start therapy is never easy, but it is one of the most important steps towards feeling better — and you won’t be doing it alone.
I integrate several evidence-based therapeutic approaches to tailor each session to your specific needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt Therapy, Rational-Emotional Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Exposure Therapy for anxiety and phobias. This combination allows me to address both immediate symptoms and deeper emotional patterns.
