If you're looking for thoughtful, structured psychological support in Dubai for anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or personal growth, I provide a calm and focused space for that work.
I am a CDA-licensed psychologist providing therapy for adults, couples, and families in Dubai and across the UAE.
Some clients come to therapy because they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. Others are navigating anxiety, panic attacks, burnout, or relationship tension. Some simply sense that something is not quite aligned.
In our work, we look beyond symptoms and explore the patterns beneath them — attachment styles, emotional triggers, protective strategies, and relational dynamics. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, reflect, and understand yourself more clearly.
Over time, therapy often shifts from problem-solving to deeper awareness. Many clients continue not because they are in crisis, but because they want to grow — to strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, and live with greater presence and clarity.
Therapy is not only about fixing what feels wrong. It is also about understanding yourself more fully and choosing how you want to move forward.

How I Work
When we work together, you can expect a calm, patient, and thoughtful space where you are listened to carefully and without judgment.
I work with people from many cultural backgrounds and nationalities across Dubai and the UAE. This means I understand that your experiences, values, and family dynamics shape how you see the world. Therapy is never one-size-fits-all — we will consider your personal and cultural context as part of the process.
In our sessions, I combine different evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques.
In simple terms, this means:
We look at how your thoughts influence your emotions and behavior.
We develop practical tools to regulate anxiety and emotional reactions.
We explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
We strengthen your ability to stay present rather than overwhelmed.
You will not be given generic advice. Instead, we work collaboratively to understand your specific patterns and create strategies that are realistic and sustainable for your life.

The decision to start taking care of your mental health is not easy; you will receive support through your journey and guidance with tools and skills accumulated through my work experience. To make a change is a decision within yourself; however, it needs to be constantly fuelled and motivated with the psychologist’s help.
WHY I AM SPECIALIZED IN THIS FIELD
I chose this field because I am deeply interested in how people think, feel, and relate — and how much of that happens outside of awareness. I value conversations that go beyond the surface and allow real insight to emerge. This work matters to me because meaningful psychological change requires both precision and human understanding.
