I’m the Co-Founder & Clinical Director at Wise Mind Psychotherapy Center in Dubai. I’m a doctorate level Clinical Psychologist. I earned my Bachelors of Science in Art Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 2003 and my Doctorate from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California in 2011. My training follows guidelines developed by the American Psychological Association (APA) and represents the highest standard of care and code of conduct. Therapy with me is very discreet and highly confidential. I’m licensed through DHA and in Virginia, USA. I have over 15 years of mental health experience working in the USA, Kuwait and the UAE.

How I can help you
I see myself as co-facilitator of change. I’ll work with you and your individual needs to help you manage your symptoms and find relief from life’s challenges. I believe anyone can benefit from therapy as long as you can find someone that you can trust and “click” with. I hope I can be that person for you.
