My professional journey began in 2001 after graduating from secondary school and embarking on my university education. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to extensive education and research in the fields of therapy and mental health. This journey has taken me through various settings, from academic institutions to clinical environments, state institutions and private practice, allowing me to gain a wealth of experience and knowledge. I have always been deeply curious about the human mind and behavior, eager to understand what drives us and how we can improve our mental well-being. This curiosity extends beyond my professional life, as I continuously seek to apply the knowledge I gain to my own personal growth and relationships.

This is what therapy with me is about.
We will start by exploring your experiences and defining what is efficient and adaptive, and what is not. We'll make sense of your thoughts and emotions, uncovering your underlying needs, because behind every difficult feeling lies something important.
Usually, our primary focus is on learning to navigate through challenges in the present. After improving skills of emotional regulation, we can work on processing past adverse experiences that are still creating suffering in the present. We will be working with negative self-beliefs that are interfering with your ability to reach your goals.
