Matleena Vanhanen and cofounder of Hoopfull, interviewed counseling psychologist director of Be Psychology, Reem Shaheen.

Reem talks about the importance of cultivating a healthy relationship with our bodies as well as food. Reem reminds us that our bodies are constantly changing and how our bodies are going to be there for us in some situations but also betray us at times.
