Support group session for fibromyalgia and chronic pain conditions

Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task.

William James

Research shows that the way we manage emotions, specifically anger, can either exacerbate or alleviate chronic pain. Join Purnima at Keyani for an in-person support group designed for individuals with fibromyalgia and other chronic conditions who are feeling emotionally drained due to ruminating thoughts related to pain.

Each session will include a dedicated evidence-based, research-driven fun activity, helping patients navigate cultural norms around emotional expression and cultivate healthier coping strategies.
