HOW I CAN HELP YOU
If you're navigating anxiety, low mood, difficult emotions, self-esteem, identity or relationship struggles, or adjusting to a hard life change, I can help you make sense of what's going on and find a way forward that actually fits your life. I also work closely with autistic and ADHD adults, teens and children, including people exploring whether they might be neurodivergent, who've recently been identified or diagnosed, or who are only now starting to understand themselves this way, sometimes later in life. My approach is collaborative and person-centred: therapy shaped around your own experiences, relationships and values, rather than a one-size-fits-all model, at a pace that works for you.
WHY I AM SPECIALIZED IN THIS FIELD
I spent years as a UK-based teacher in mainstream and specialist schools before training as a psychologist, and that's still at the heart of how I work – I saw first-hand how much family life, school and relationships shape a child's, and later an adult's, sense of self. That question led me to a doctorate in autism research, then a further doctorate in Clinical Psychology, so I could bring research-level understanding of neurodivergence together with hands-on therapeutic skill. I'm registered with the UK's Health and Care Professions Council and licensed by the Dubai Health Authority. My work is neuroaffirmative – I see neurological differences as part of natural human variation rather than something to fix – and I bring that same respect and curiosity to everyone I work with, neurodivergent or not.
WHAT I SAY TO PEOPLE WHO FEEL NERVOUS OR HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT THERAPY/ASSESSMENT
If this is your first time in therapy, it's completely normal to feel unsure, anxious, or even a bit embarrassed about reaching out – most people do. Therapy isn't about being told what's wrong with you; it's a space to be properly understood, at your own pace, without judgement. I won't ask you to be someone you're not, and if you're neurodivergent, you won't need to mask or perform to be taken seriously here. Bring whatever's going on, however messy or unclear it feels – that's exactly what the space is for.
SLIDING SCALE OR PRO-BONO
I keep a small number of pro-bono spots for clients who couldn't otherwise access therapy. These are currently full, but you're welcome to get in touch to ask about availability or be added to the waitlist.

I would love to connect with you!
