MapleTree Clinic is an established psychology clinic that has recently expanded its services to include psychiatry. We are seeking a DHA-licensed Registered Nurse to support our psychiatrist and coordinate client care within a multidisciplinary mental health setting.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct patient intake, including medical history, vital signs, and standardized screening
· Support the psychiatrist during consultations and treatment processes
· Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
· Provide patient education regarding medications and care plans
· Identify and escalate clinical risks in line with clinic protocols
· Coordinate follow-ups and ensure continuity of care
· Maintain accurate documentation in the clinic’s EMR system
· Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic policies
Requirements
· Valid DHA Registered Nurse license
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical clinic in Dubai (prior experience in outpatient mental health or psychiatry preferred)
· Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
· Fluent in English (Arabic is an asset)
· BLS certification preferred
