HOW I CAN HELP YOU
When you come to therapy with me, you’re not just bringing a problem to be “fixed”—you’re bringing your full story, your experiences, and the parts of you that may feel confused, stuck, or overwhelmed. I meet you with curiosity, respect, and a genuine interest in understanding what life feels like from your perspective.
I work as an integrative and holistic psychotherapist, which means I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I draw from different evidence-based therapies and tailor them to fit you—your needs, your personality, and your goals.
In simple terms, our work together might involve:
Understanding patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
Learning practical tools to regulate stress, anxiety, or overwhelming feelings
Exploring deeper questions about identity, meaning, and values
Gently working through past experiences that continue to impact your present
You might come to me if you’re struggling with anxiety, intrusive or obsessive thoughts, emotional distress, life transitions, or a general sense of feeling “stuck.” You may also be navigating questions around identity, purpose, or personal values. I have experience supporting individuals dealing with OCD-related concerns, including existential or faith-related intrusive thoughts, as well as those impacted by past bullying or difficult life experiences.
Sometimes, you may find it hard to open up—even when you feel the need to. That’s okay. We move at your pace. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you speak. Together, we create a safe environment where you can gradually explore what feels difficult to share.
My approach is collaborative. That means we work together to make sense of your experiences and co-create a path forward that feels meaningful and realistic for you. I don’t position myself as the expert on your life—you are. My role is to guide, support, and offer tools and perspectives that help you reconnect with your own clarity and strength.
Above all, I aim to help you feel more grounded, more self-aware, and more connected—to yourself, to others, and to the life you want to live.
WHY I AM SPECIALIZED IN THIS FIELD
My journey into psychotherapy has been shaped by both professional experience and a deep personal experiences that showed me the world through a lense that holds human resilience, suffering, and growth as its centre. I have always been drawn to understanding what lies beneath the surface—what people and I feel but may struggle to express, and how past experiences, relationships, and inner narratives shape the way we move through the world.
Professionally, my path has included working with diverse individuals, including young adults and those navigating complex emotional, psychological, and social challenges. I have supported clients dealing with anxiety, obsessive thoughts, identity and existential concerns, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for how unique each person’s story is—and reinforced my commitment to an integrative, individualized approach.
What truly drives me is a deep respect for the human capacity to heal and transform. I don’t see therapy as simply reducing symptoms, but as a meaningful process of understanding yourself more fully, reconnecting with your values, and building a life that feels more aligned and authentic to who you are.
