I am a DHA-licensed Clinical Psychologist (Dubai) and a HPCSA-licensed Clinical Psychologist (South Africa). I obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Free State, South Africa, in 2011. My clinical interests and extensive expertise cover a broad range of mental health conditions or problematic concerns. I work with children age 5+, teenagers, adults, and I offer parental guidance. I am passionately committed to assist clients to live a life of intention. In doing so, to become curious in both discovering, understanding and managing ‘why we think, feel and act the way we do’. Regardless of the referral reason, I facilitate a compassionate therapeutic process that is founded upon an open, collaborative and delicate pursuit of self-exploration and understanding, integrating self-acceptance and change to ultimately learn to live in the moment. I feel privileged to create such a safe space. A space where clients can journey towards healing, and resilience in all areas of their life, where they can learn how to thrive even in the presence of chaos. Most of all, I want the therapeutic space to resemble the opposite of pain, a space where clients experience loving kindness, where they feel seen, heard, valued and supported.
